What does our “being” mean? What does “I” mean? What do we mean when we say, “I am ____”, “I am a feminist”, “I am against injustice”.

For us, it means we are differentiating ourselves from the other beings that exist in the world. We believe “I” to be this simple concept of inviolability. We are, we exist (as a living, breathing, eating self), and our existence is unique from the rest — that’s a fact. Our existence makes us valuable. We don’t need social labels, external acknowledgment, or merit to be worthy because our existence already means we are.

We are already the best “us” we can be.
